Returns & Exchange

Returns or exchanges are allowed in certain circumstances such as product defects provided products must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Discounted items / promotional items sold however are not eligible for an exchange or refund. Items for refund or exchange must be accompanied by their original packaging.

Returns or exchanges are not allowed for change of mind.

Steps for returns & exchange

Step 1:
Contact Customer Service via email sales@hilltostreet.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Step 2:
Fill in and email the online return form provided by our team.

Step 3:
Ship the items back to Hill to Street’s dedicated address using a trackable shipping service of your choice and email us the tracking number.

Hill to Street is not responsible for any lost return packages. Hence, a tracking service is required.

Step 4:
Your refund will be processed via your original payment method or product exchange within 14 days of receiving the returned items. A confirmation email will be sent to you on the refund or exchange.

Please note that refund value is based on the product(s) purchased only. Shipping fee will not be refunded. Cost of the return parcel will be borne by you. As such, it is recommended to use the most cost-effective shipping method with tracking available to you.
