Paid orders will be shipped the next working day to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

An email with parcel tracking details will be sent to your email provided to us for you to track the shipment progress.Orders are shipped via these selected shipping companies namely DHL, FedEx, Citylink or Pos Laju.
Please ensure that the shipping address and mobile number provided are accurate to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery.

For backorder item(s), the whole order including items which are available will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when the backorder item(s) are back in stock. (Backorder items arrival timeframe is stated on the backorder product page).

Estimated duration of delivery serve only as a guide and can vary depending on the country that the products are shipped to.
Please note that delivery duration commence from the date of dispatch.

However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by respective countries customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and/or items that are lost in transit.

If parcels failed to be delivered or picked up
In the event where parcels are returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres, clients will borne the subsequent costs incurred to re-send parcels. In such event, standard shipping fees apply.

Duties & Taxes
You may be charged for duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by the respective countries your order are set to be delivered to according to the local customs, in addition to handling/storage fees imposed by the courier (if applicable). Any charges on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the recipient of the parcel. If required by local authorities, the courier company may reach out to you for official documents, such as tax invoices or proof of payment, to facilitate customs clearance.
