Handcrafted pure silver and 925 sterling silver jewellery — rings, earrings, bracelets, bangles, necklaces and anklets. We ship within Malaysia and to more than thirty countries internationally.

Prices and currency

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you have selected a different display currency. Where a converted currency is shown it is indicative only; your card is charged in MYR, and your bank sets the final exchange rate and may add its own fee.

Prices exclude any import duty, VAT, GST or customs charge raised by the destination country. Those are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel.

Product images and descriptions

Our jewellery is handmade. Small variations in finish, texture, oxidisation and weight are part of how each piece is made and are not defects. We photograph pieces as accurately as we can, but screens vary, and the colour and scale you see may differ slightly from the item you receive.

Where a measurement is given it is approximate, and is the finished dimension of the piece.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — photographs, product descriptions, written copy, the Hill to Street name and logo, and the overall design and layout — belongs to us or is used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.

You are welcome to share our product pages and images on social media with credit and a link back.

Accuracy of this site

We take care to keep prices, stock levels and product details correct, but errors happen. If we discover a material error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch, and you can either confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.

This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you keep the rights your local law gives you.

Complaints

Contact us first at sales@hilltostreet.com — most things are sorted out quickly, and we would always rather hear from you than not.

If you are not satisfied:

• Malaysian consumers may refer the matter to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia) at ttpm.kpdn.gov.my.
• EU and EEA consumers can contact their national European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) for free advice on cross-border purchases. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
• UK consumers can seek advice from Citizens Advice.

Regulatory

We are not a licensed financial institution, and we do not deal in bullion or investment-grade precious metals. Our products are jewellery, sold for personal wear.
